Hello! I’m Crystal Bayat

I’m a passionate public policy analyst and women’s rights advocate originally from Afghanistan, currently pursuing my M.S. in Public Policy and Management at Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz College. My mission is to use data and technology to improve the lives of women and girls around the world.

I’m also the Founder and President of Hope for Her International (HFHI), supporting women and girls across 12+ countries. Recognized by BBC 100 Women, the United Nations, and the U.S. Senate.
